CHAIRMAN

The Right Reverend Tom Wilmot

Tom has been a Member of the Board since February 2007 and was appointed Chairman in February 2008. He is the Assistant Bishop of Perth Eastern and Rural Region and currently serves as Chair of the Anglican Eco-Care Committee, is a member of the Anglican Schools Commission and has recently taken responsibility for the reformation of Industrial Chaplaincy in the Province of Western Australia.

TREASURER

Mrs Penny San Martin

Penny was appointed to the Board in November 2010. She holds a Master of Business Administration and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Securities Institute of Australia. Penny was appointed to the Board in November 2010.

Mr George F Jones AM

George joined the Board in 2001. George was a former resident of Parkerville Children and Youth Care for 8 years in the 1950's. He is Executive Chairman of Gindalbie Metals Limited and has more than 35 years experience in the mining, banking and finance industries and has been a director of a number of private and publicly listed companies.

Mr Gary Castledine

Gary was appointed to the Board in February 2013.

He is the founding Chairman and head of corporate with Indian Ocean Capital, a specialised boutique securities dealer and corporate advisory firm established in 2006.

Gary has been involved in the stockbroking industry and capital markets for over 18 years and is currently a Practitioner Member of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia (SAA).

The Reverend Chris Bedding

Chris was appointed to the Board in June 2013. He is Rector of the Anglican Parish of Darlington-Bellevue and previously served as General Secretary of the Council of Churches of Western Australia. He has been a senior staff member in a number of independent schools, and currently serves on the Human Research Ethics Committee at Edith Cowan University. Chris is also an award-winning comedian and actor, and is a regular commentator on ABC Radio.

Mr Chris Bates

Chris was appointed to the Board in October 2013 and is Managing Director of KBE Human Capital, heading up the Legal Recruitment team. He is Executive Chairman of KBI, Chairman of The Piddington Society, and Chairman of and consultant to a number of boutique commercial law firms and SMEs. He is an active member of The 500 Club and a Branch Secretary of the Liberal Party.

Prior to establishing KBE Human Capital, Chris was a Founding Director of specialist recruitment companies Interpeople and Rigforce. He is a former lawyer and registered migration agent, having completed his studies at the University of Western Australia.

In 2011, Chris became one of the youngest people in Western Australia to be recognised in the 40Under40 awards, awarded Top Performer for combining business and charitable initiatives.

Ms Andrea Morgan

Andrea was appointed to the Board in October 2013 and is a Private Client Advisor with RBS Morgans, one of Australia’s largest full service retail stockbroking and financial advising networks. Andrea has over 25 years experienece in financial management having also held roles with Macquarie Private Wealth and Town & Country Building Society.  Additionally, Andrea is a member of the Salvation Army, Western Australia Business and Industry Leaders Committee and was an  inaugural Ride to Conquer Cancer committee member for the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research.

Mr Andrew Frazer

Andrew was appointed to the Board in November 2013.

He is a consultant with Azure Capital Limited and has been involved in the international and national stockbroking industry and capital markets for over 22 years. Andrew holds degrees in commerce and law and is a member of the Associate Securities Institute of Australia.

Mr Mark Borrello

Mark was appointed to the Board in May 2014 and is the Managing Principal of Borrello Legal, a leading specialist property and commercial law firm, where his clients include large and syndicated property and land developers, government departments, commercial real estate agencies, large private primary production farmers, and private high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

In addition to managing Borrello Legal, Mark is Vice President and General Counsel for a US-based medical devices and pharmaceuticals company headquartered in Dallas, Texas and is a non-executive Director of KBI, a Perth-based complex risk insurance brokerage.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and In March 2014 was awarded a prestigious WA Business News 40under40 award in recognition of his management, and strategic growth, of Borrello Legal.
