•You can phone 1300 887 487 to find out about the Network services available to families, and to discuss collaborative service provision; •The Armadale Family Support Network is a network of partner agencies and other services working together to meet the needs of each family; •Information is shared across agencies with the consent of families to ensure they do not have to repeat the same information; •Each service works with the family to meet a shared outcome; •By working well together, we hope to reduce problems for families and help them to avoid a crisis; •Regular allocation and review meetings are held between partner agencies to ensure best practice and outcomes for families; Our no wrong door policy means families can access the Armadale Family Support Network through any network partner agency with whom the family is already associated; •If you are working with a family and feel they need further support, contact the Armadale Family Support Network on 1300 887 487 to discuss appropriate service provision. |
