Reconnect is a free and confidential Commonwealth Government Programme which aims to prevent young people from becoming homeless through providing support to young people and families.

How can we help?
Reconnect can:
- assist to improve family relationships through providing information, support, counselling and mediation;
- can link young people with community networks and support services;
- assist with school, work, and training programmes;
- help with government departments (such as Centrelink);
- help find suitable accommodation if necessary
- visit young people and families in their homes, at school or anywhere as chosen by the young person and family.
Referrals can be made by the young person, family, schools, or any agency by phoning 9274 8440 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9-5pm. The staff can also be contacted by emailing reccyc@eftel.net.au . Clients will be contacted within 24 hours of initial contact.
